Farewell '15

We spent the last day of the year shopping for a new car.  Fun!  (just kidding.) Used car salesman are not fun.  And used Sequoias are hard to find!  We searched around town with not much luck, then saw something pop up down in Colorado Springs...so back into the car we went.

And we signed! On this 2007 Sequoia, very similar our other one but  6 years newer, with leather interior, a moon roof, and a DVD player - fancy!   We didn't take it home that night, as it still needed to be cleaned out and checked over, but DONE! whew.  We ate chick-fil-a in the car, got home late, and put everyone to bed.  Happy New Year!

 Don't worry - we did celebrate a few nights later, and the kids got to build the sugar cookie castle the Smith's gave us for Christmas, so the holiday wasn't ruined after all. :)  Welcome, 2016!
