Making all kinda plans...

This week was full of plan-making...like how to surprise Santa at his own game.  The kids spent an afternoon putting together their Santa-catching strategy, which involves Caleb hiding by the front door (we don't have a fireplace), Ella hiding in the living room by the tree, and "secret" messages being relayed back and forth, like Caleb yelling out, "He's HERE!" when Santa came through the door so Ella would be ready in the front room.  I never did hear what their final plan was once they "got" Santa; I don't even think they knew.  Although some might see inherent flaws in their plan, I just enjoyed watching their little minds work.  It was awesome!
