Thankful

We have much to be thankful for - 4 healthy kids, a home (or two! doh!), all of our needs met, friends, family.  I love Thanksgiving! 
I am thankful that we got to visit Oklahoma for this year and spend time with Grandma and Grandpa M.  We helped Grandma Valerie move a tree, which meant that Caleb got to practice driving the riding lawnmower, woohoo! 

The men watched all 6 star wars movies (for real).

Then we spent Thanksgiving morning...at the Hog Jog!  We ran the shorter kid's dash first with Rachel and McKinley...

 Then the 5K.  Posing with the Hog afterwards:

 

Ella won second place in her age group! (There were more than two people in her group - 3rd place didn't stick around to get her prize!)

 ...and our family won the prize for the "largest family" participating, so we got these lovely hats and noses that we can break out at every Thanksgiving for years to come.  Yay!
