Good news though: this rental house sale closed without any hiccups, so we can quit worrying about if we will have to move again before the new house is finished, yay!
Without further ado, the month of June began with...dance recital!
We had to go to a number of shows, and in between there wasn't really time to go home, so we went bowling instead!
We've also done things like cloud watching, bike riding, walking, planting seeds, and building forts!
There is no tag for dancing in the rain, but the girls did that anyway.
Mid June brought the piano recital! Mrs. Williams was kind enough to let Rachel play some pieces, even though she has mostly worked only with me and not officially started lessons yet. The kids did great!
We went on a short hike across the road from us, on the advice of our neighbor Mr Brown. It was pretty! (and short, much to Kinley's relief!)
We've continued to work on the house; mostly Kip and Caleb, with the girls pitching in now and then.
McKinley went to a magic show at the library, lol
And while Caleb went to scout camp, the girls made a quick trip to Salt Lake to visit with Grandma and Papa Mitchell. We shopped and visited temple square and swam and played. It was a nice getaway! And a nice way to round out June.
