I know that it is not her birthday yet, but I just need to write a little about this spunky 3 year old. She is cute, and funny, and boy does she know it! Her hair is always a fabulous wild crazy mess, and she wears dress-up clothes whenever humanly possibly. Here, Kip was trying to take a photo of her but she was more concerned with looking at his phone, at herself. :)
She entertains herself playing little make-believe games all the time, carries little purses stuffed with treasures all over the places, loves "reading" books and singing.
We went to the paint store to buy paint for the laundry room. A young man helped us at the desk; when he walked back to mix the paint, McKinley said to me "Mom, that guy has a really pretty voice!" The other man in line started chuckling. :)
She drew her first self-portrait recently:
"Mom, this is ME!"
And she knows how to sleep in style:
She just keeps us all rolling! I can't WAIT to see her as a teenager - this is going to be very fun!
