The kids so look forward to our Ragged Mountain trips every year, they build great memories there and have a grand time playing with cousins and getting unbelievably dirty. Ella, after collecting grass/flowers; I asked her to stop for a picture, but she couldn't stand still, she needed to hurry to the bathroom! Whoops!
Here Caleb is playing Kubb with a cousin (Levi). This game is so cool! Google it!
McKinley could hardly wait to ride the horses. As soon as she saw them, she said "Can we RIDE the HORSIES?!" Kinley is riding Ike with daddy, Rachel is peeking around the other side, riding Tahoe.

He got a bit of a black eye by bonking heads with another boy at cub scout camp right before Ragged; the other scrapes are from his 4-wheeler wreck into a bushy ditch. Of course, it wasn't a failure of his (or his explicitly dis-obeying our instructions to stay in the grassy area and not go on the road), it was the dirt...it "drifted" him off the road. hehe. We feel fortunate that was not more damage to either him or the 4 wheeler.
But - you should have seen the other guy though! hehe.That's what we told him to say, because he was a little sensitive at first when people would ask what happened. :)
It was a great weekend and we had a lot of fun visiting with everyone!
