All good things must come to an end

...like another school year.
For the older two kids, it meant an end-of-year picnic at a park, complete with a jumpy slide and a friend who brought her pet goats.  The goats were so cute, and loved to race around with everyone.

 

For Rachel, it meant saying goodbye to her 1st grade teacher, Mrs. Marlin.

This is also a farewell to Challenge to Excellence, Rachel's charter school. She has chosen to attend Orchard Options with the older kids next year, that should be cool to try.  C2E  has been a good experience, so if we ever have a need, we will be knocking on their door again.

For McKinley, it meant pre-school graduation with Miss Sharon!

She missed a lot of class this spring with her sicknesses, and often she was not that happy about going...but once she was there, she had a great time.  She learned a lot of fun songs, learned how to write her first name, and all kinds of other great stuff.  She will be attending Orchard Options as a kindergartner next year, so all FOUR of them will be there together!  So fun!  She also celebrated with a pre-school field day.

 

...which she was not thrilled about, but she suffered through it so she could have the popsicle at the end. :)

I can't believe another year is done!  Wow!
